If you’re looking for a realtor who values relationships, will go at your pace, get to know you, understand what you’re looking for, and is not pushy to make a purchase or sale – then Jodi is the one for you. We started looking for homes prior to COVID not knowing really what we wanted, other than a ranch with a large garage. Through the 3+ year process Jodi showed us many homes, some of them multiple times as we narrowed down what we did and did not like. She was always there to guide us and provide input. When we weren’t finding the exact home we wanted, she suggested building and lined up a couple of builders to interview and lots to look at. Along the way we found a home that checked most of our boxes and we switched back to purchasing. Jodi walked us through the purchase process, answering all our questions, and making the whole process smooth. We are currently in the selling stages of our prior home. Here again, Jodi has made the selling process easy and smooth. She provided input for improvements and staging to make prior to listing the home for sale. As you can tell, Jodi has been here for us through the long haul. She’s always been willing to answer questions and take us through yet another house.
